• Opportunistically pursue industry consolidation through direct accretive acquisitions.
• Leverage Teekay’s customer and supplier relationships.
• Provide superior vessel operations.
• Pursue specialized projects in adjacent areas of business including floating storage and regasification units (FSRU).
